About

Leah and Jacqui are Certified Colorado Gardeners, having completed the Master Gardener’s curriculum through Colorado State University. Between them they have over a twelve years of proffesional gardening experience. Leah and Jacqui started working together in 2018 under the mentorship of long time Master Gardener Cheryl Conklin. Working closely with Cheryl and other reputable regional gardeners, they have learned the artistry and gained expertise to build and maintain beautiful, sustainable gardens.

Leah is a Colorado Springs native, born and raised on the westside. Her love of plants solidified while she was receiving her certification as a Community Herbalist. Gardening quickly become a hobby and soon a career.  She has an Associates degree from PPCC, teaches community herb classes, and is continuing gardening education through classes available from the Denver Botanic Gardens. Leah is an exceptionally skilled plantswoman, quick to identify any plant’s needs. When Leah isn’t working, she’s mountain biking, wildcrafting herbs, gardening in her aquaponics greenhouse, or enjoying quiet sunshine moments with her pup Agate.

Jacqui has spent most of her life in Colorado Springs. She has studied holistic nutrition and is passionate about vegetable, herbal and ornamental gardening. Jacqui began her gardening career in 2010. Took a break for a few years to raise her daughter (and an extensive home garden) and happily found herself back in professional gardening a few years later. She has an artful eye and enjoys the challenges and rewards of garden design. Jacqui continues her education through seminars and classes across the Rocky Mountain region. She’s also an avid hiker, cyclist, and outdoorswoman. She and her daughter Della enjoy creating art, cooking, and making the most of the beautiful Colorado outdoors.

We bring sustainable

beauty to you.
