Getting the Show on the Road

It’s been an astonishing spring. Arriving weeks ahead of time, it has lingered, allowing normal time to catch up with it.

We were way ahead of schedule by the third week in April. Now, due to cold, rain, hail, and the threat of continued unstable weather, we delayed planting annuals by a week.

Nevertheless, the collecting (and protecting) has begun.

  1. Here it was delayed and then rushed to summer and now cold to fall so we are delayed in the veg garden and annuals.

Thanks, Donna. I’ve just heard that we’re approaching the wettest May since 1935! Hope things settle down in your garden, soon.
